I thought I was purchasing a flame-like bulb. Instead I got nothing of the sort. This bulb (which took over a month to deliver) was nothing more than a bulb that pulses. No flame effect what-so-ever. Lucky I only paid $20 for it or I would feel myself misused. Instead I mark it up to being a pigeon that knew that the offer was too good to be true and it was. Meanwhile your company gets to keep our money while dishing out a piece of s*** product.

Took a month to get… Nothing like what the pictures showed. Pictures show it covering what looks like a full to queen size, but it's more like a twin… If that… I was supposed to get a burgundy colored one with bears and text that said winter is coming… What I got was dogs with sports equipment with text that says "happy sports meeting". What the hell is that? At least it's a warm conversational piece… I won't be back ever…

Waited weeks for delivery and when the EXPENSIVE fly trap arrived, there were no instructions on its use, but worse, I have now been using it for a while and it simply DOES NOT WORK.

I waited 19 days to get my package. It was damaged and when I sent a picture and email to customer service I heard nothing from them as to how they were going to make this right. I will never use this site again. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!!!!

Do not ever order anything from Genius World!! This is a scam site, with NO phone numbers to reach ANYONE, and after 3 emails, NO RESPONSE! I have waited nearly 1 month for my items, and STILL have not received them. The tracking information their supplied is "fake", as it provides no up to date shipping info or any estimated delivery date, just an empty map showing my items were shipped from China. Do Not Order Anything from Genius World!!!!!
