Not giving me a refund for returned goods

I completed a valid purchase on Amazon. As I completed it I saw an Amazon advert for beauty creams for free. Pay only post and packaging costs it said so I ordered them. At checkout, I was charged a different amount. I immediately emailed them and said what is this? I didn't agree with you taking this much out of my bank account. Please cancel this order immediately. They ignored my emails and contact with them. I was then sent four different products two of which I did not order from a company called Retinolla. I have never heard of them or purchased anything from them. This company was a completely different company to the one I had initially ordered from via the Amazon advert. I checked my bank account which said someone called Gold Serum cosmetics had charged my account. I also don't know who they are and I hadn't ordered anything from them either.

Then last week I checked my bank account to see where all of my money had gone and someone called Gentaderma had charged me 拢69.85 for products I hadn't ordered from them. I contacted them and said who are you and why are taking money from my bank account. They said you previously ordered from us and this is a repeat order (like a repeat prescription). I said did I eff as like. I don't know who you are. I ordered trial beauty products from an Amazon advert. Trial means that you do not want or need further products from the company again unless the customer specifically asks for further products from you. They said you have to tell us you don't want further products from us. I said bolloxs. You need to stop falsely advertising products for sale under numerous company names and misleading people. They said if you return the products we will refund you the cost of them. I have returned the products. Still, have not received a refund and they are ignoring all of my emails to them even though I returned the products to them via Royal Mail special delivery signed for post

Stole money from my bank account

I filled out a survey online and a pop-up said as a reward I had earned a "free gift'. All I had to do is pay S&H fee of $5.98. The deducted $11.98. I sent them an e-mail questioning this and cancelled autoship and whatever else they were doing. I received no reply. When the products arrived, there was one called goldserum which was not ordered and a three part face cream set. There were no papers with this stuff, just a slip of paper with a phone number on it. I found out where this stuff came from by referring to the bank withdrawal for the S&H. Then I looked them up and sent the e-mails. Last week I was checking my bank account, and they had taken $149.95 from my bank account. I e-mailed them again and told them to put my money back.
I just received a response that I had not cancelled the "membership" before the "free trial" period was up. I e-mailed them during this period to stop autoship of the product. Was this not a cancellation of "membership"? These people must be stopped. Their products are found under a variety of names: Beautemer, Gentaderma, Cellagenta..
