Get Trackr

I purchased 10 of these not only are they garbage. I only received 8 despite 10 being paid for and declared on the HM customs documents so paid tax for all the 10 before I received the 8 TrackR鈥檚. I Contacted Trackr who sent the missing items, great but for one thing I had to pay *拢11.64 handling & custom charge to receive the missing 2. I put TrackR鈥檚 on my dogs only to fined that as soon as the dogs were out of sight the Trackr loses Bluetooth connection so can鈥檛 locate the dogs . As for the engraving this useless as they engraved them incorrectly and to top it all the battery鈥檚 were half empty.
*The 拢11.64 I incurred because Trackr dispatch department could not count , Tracker offered to pay pay only 50% of the import tax their carriers Post office charged a tax handling Fee of 拢8
