Makes choosing an estate agent for your property so much easier

Love this service. It provided me a great list of agents to use based on the criteria of average sale to completion timescale and percentage of asking price achieved. I contacted the top two in the list and appointed who I considered to be the best. Within 2 weeks of going on the market my choice was vindicated as we sold achieving the asking price. This is a great service. I also receive regular updates from them regards information on properties in the local area

This was a great tool to use to get the best estate agent in our area …and once we'd submitted our interest there was a message from the estate agent of our choice …now we get weekly stays of the interest our home has had and average selling times etc..the completion around us …really worth using

Very easy to use and reliable. When selling your house, its good to know which estate agent is performing best in your area and the service they can provide. I am very happy with GetAgent as it saved me the trouble of of having to contact lots of different estate agents to find out commission and how long it would take to sell my property. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to sell your house and you don't know which estate agent to use.

Very easy site to use which gives you a preferred list of agents for your area. Found it very easy and useful for the statistics on how your advert is doing.

This is an excellent service. Not only gave us best agents in the area but also has a good tracking system for property once listed.

Used Getagent to find out who would be best to sell our house. They gave me two alternatives whom specialised in the area the property is in. Our house sold in 4 days because we chose one of the estate agents they suggested. They also called me to discuss what I proposed to do and gave advice. Worked really well for me.
