I recently purchased two headlamp assemblies for my son's car. I had read some negative reviews about Go-Parts, so I was concerned, but decided to give them a shot. Customer Service was very helpful. Items were quickly shipped and in good condition. Unfortunately, my son was able to repair his headlamps and I had to return them. No questions/problems with return. Customer service was very helpful. Of course, they deducted shipping fees and I had to pay return shipping, but there wasn't a restocking fee. They issued my refund the day they received my return. Will definitely use in the future!

I took a chance ordering a part from a co. I'd never heard of in a foreign country but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered my tail light assy on Sept 12, it arrived in Tasmania, Australia on Sept 20, perfect condition, perfect fit for 60% less than quoted by my local OEM dealer. Am I happy, yep; would I recommend go-parts, most certainly.

There site says, "No Hassle returns." They mean there is no hassle for them, but for you their valued customer, just get ready for the restock fees, paying for return shipping and no refund of the original shipping. I ordered the correct part, but determined that I did not need it to complete my repair. So that apparently makes me a "bad customer" in their minds. In my mind, you just asked me not to be your future customer. I will sell my part on eBay.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect part and I contacted them immediately. I was informed that I needed an RMA #. Once they emailed me my RMA# I only had 3 days to return the part. I had to have the RMA# on the original box. Had to email them the routing number and only send it ground. Which ended up costing me $37.37 for a $55.92 part. So I'm basically only going to get $18 if I'm able to jump through all their ridiculous hoops within 3 day.
NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I bought a part, they gave me a wrong part. Then they dont take it back or even I tried to exchange for the right part they refused to do it.
It is a mistake to buy part here. I am going to let everyone know in social media and more.

In responding to my complaint that you didn't answer e-mails, you stated in your reply it may have went to spam or another folder. I checked my junk mail and other non-priority folders and your reply was no where to be found. Just admit, please, you didn't respond to either of my e-mail inquiries. It would be nice if you had a telephone number for ordering parts instead of funky on-line chat.

I ordered an item from the Go-Parts website that said it fits my vehicle (100% match found). When it came to my address, it was not the right part. Customer service was not helpful and they did not want to retrieve the item. Highly recommend not to shop with Go-Parts.

I ordered a passenger side headlight assembly for my 2015 Nissan Versa. The part fit perfectly, cost 1/3 less then the Nissan dealership, and arrived fast and in perfect shape. Will order again, and recommend to friends and family!

The part was the wrong one for my car. Then, these folks hit me with a huge 25% restocking fee and made me pay to return the part. I will never do business with these chiselers ever again!!!

"I ordered a headlight September 12 and told it would take 2-3 days to process, no tracking info by the 16th so I emailed asking about it. * said it was leaving the warehouse the same afternoon and I would have info in 1-2 days. Still nothing by the 19th. *, customer service manager apologized and refunded the shipping, once again said it was leaving that same afternoon. The morning of the 21st still nothing, so when I asked about the info and part or requested my refund, without even trying to figure the problem out and how an order never left after 9 days of "processing", within 20 minutes I was sent a refund. Although they have lower advertised prices than everyone else and a "high" rating, I would be cautious ordering anything from this company."

Ordered part and was told it would be shipped in 24-72 hours. Took several calls and emails to finally hear back. They said they couldnt get part and would refund me. Two weeks go by and no refund. Today I finally get an email saying they refunded me 5 weeks ago.(at least they could keep their lies straight). They gave me a phony refund code.
Just checked Google and they have many complaints. They are on BBB alert list.

I thought the product was great and looked exactly like my upper grill. The only issue I had is that there were no directions for the install. It took a little foce to get the grill in, but I have had nothing but great comments on how the large void is now filled. I would recommend this product for anyone who has the 2013 Ecoboost who may notice a large void in the front of their truck.

Ordered nail gun and nails on Tuesday, paid for 2 day delivery, nails delivered on Friday as expected but nail gun didn't arrive until Monday. Had to rent a nail gun for a job starting on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A message left Friday resulted in a Monday call to tell me the nail gun would arrive Monday. No apology, no refund of delivery charges, no compensation for the $180 rental fee. First and last time for me.
