Go-Staff

Cons: I don't know how their system works, but it doesn't work well. They have a lot of requirements, but it takes some time for them to get you a job replacement. i'm not even looking for a job that requires special skill, it's just a regular desk job that needs basic requirements. It was only after a few months when I got a call from them and told me if that they found a job for me. But I already got a job a month before and turned them down.

They stop responding to emails and don't pick up the calls. They waste your time, conduct interviews, and don't bother to tell you whether you are hired out. Pathetic people. Won't ever call them again!

They asked me to come to their office as they have a job opening, that's perfect for me. I did as they told me. When I reached their office, they made me do a drug test and fill forms with all my personal information. Then they asked me to come back later and mentioned that they would call me. A few days after chasing them, they told me that the job was awarded to someone else. Now, they have all my personal information and don't answer whether they are keeping it or not!

A friend recommended me to this agency when I was looking for a job. My expectations were set at an all time high and truly believed that the process would have been flawless. I worked with one of their staffing agents who helped review my credentials, they were to match me with some great employer but this never happened. I made a couple of follow ups with the agent but in most occasions it was the usual waiting to hear back from them. I would encourage you check with a different staffing agency.

I had set my expectations very high after I had been recommended by a friend. My excitement was met by a less enthusiastic personnel who gave me sketchy details about the job. It also took a month for the person to get back to me even after I had tried to follow up. Check with other recruiters.

If you are expecting this employment agency to help you find a job, then you better lower your hopes. These people don't care whether you need a job right away or in the future. They contact you as per their convenience and don't bother to answer your calls when you need them. It happened to me.

I approached this agency for a job, and they did a whole lot of formalities and even a drug test to assure them that I was fit for the job. After they were somewhat satisfied, they told me to come to the office the next day as the employer had an urgent requirement. When I reached their office the next day, they told me that the position had been filled and they will contact me if there is another position available.

It's been a few weeks since that day, and they haven't called me. When I tried to contact them, they simply ignored my calls. So, you better learn from my experience and choose another employment agency.
