Don鈥檛 bother with this company. It took months to get my order and when I did get it I didn鈥檛 get it all! Don鈥檛 waste your money

I order a oair of sennheiser headphones on 8th January and I STILL havent heard from the company or received my order

Avoid this company at all costs!

MY WIFE BOUGHT A BABY MONITOR WITH THEM AND SAID IT WAS IN STOCK AND IT WOULD TAKE 3 TO 5 DAYS TO ARRIVE.

IT ARRIVED FOUR WEEKS LATER! MISSING 2 CAMERAS AND A CHARGER.

SHE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND NO REPLY ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE CONTACT US AFTER WE FAILED TO COMPLETE AN ONLINE PURCHASED.
THE OFFERED 10% OFF IF WE HAD BOUGHT THE ITEM WE LOOKED AT,

AFTER POSTING SOME REVIEWS ONLINE THEY REPLY TO US VIA FACEBOOK AND THEM VIA THEIR WEBSITE. OFFERING TO SEND THE MISSING CAMERAS, ALTHOUGH WE WERE ASKING FOR A REFUND AT THAT STAGE.

WE ARE TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND THEIR SERVICE.

A completely terrible experience!
I ordered the Sennheiser IE 8i earphones for 拢150 when other stores where selling them for 拢250, which I thought was too good to be true. And it is!
1) the confirmation email did not stipulate any delivery timelines nor any T&Cs, so there was just no terms to understand or accept/work to
2) I contacted the seller and received no responses after waiting a while
3) SIX weeks later I received the earphones to realise that they were NOT as described! I own another pair of Sennheiser IE 8i (exactly the same ones), and the quality of these ones are much lower on a side by side comparison – from the packaging to the actual product, really poor scratchy sound, glue marks, a dead fly inside the cheap plastic covering! This product is far from described.
I'm forbidden by Trustpilot to state what I really wanted to say so the above comments are as factual and "non-defamatory" as I can put it.
If you google this seller on the internet, you'll find other similar reviews of this seller. Wished I had researched this before purchasing this! This seller should be banned and should face the full force of the law.

First time user. Very happy with the service. Delivery arrived by Royal Mail very fast – 2 days after ordering. Will use them again.

Ordered from this site waited an age for my order unable to get in contact with anyone the phone was never answered and email for support didn't exist this website is shocking

Took about 4 weeks for my item to arrive. Emailed and called seller several times but got no reply/answer.

I ordered a pair of headphones from this website, as it was the cheapest price I could find. On the webpage, it said 3-5 days delivery. After 15 days of receiving nothing other than the order confirmation, I asked for a refund on several occasions, and tried to get in contact by phone (to no avail), it was not until 19 days after my purchase when I got an email telling me they were out of stock, and I had the option to either have a refund or have the item delivered. I chose the latter, and the headphones were dispatched 23 days after my initial order.

Bought headphones for 拢19 when they were 拢30 everywhere else ! Great website will use again

So ordered noise cancelling earphones about 4 weeks ago, I thought they would only take a week or so, last week they had still not arrived so I tried ring up and there was no answer. I tried to e-mail the company and still no response. As they had already taken the money out of my account I couldn't really cancel and just had to wait. Thankfully they finally arrived a few days ago and the product is perfectly fine. However, please be aware that the customer service and delivery time is abysmal. Even though many products are cheaper you may have to wait a good few weeks for them to finally send it!

Ordered the item which took over three weeks to be delivered. No indication that delivery would take that long and any email or message on their web form was responded to, even when I wanted to cancel the order, as I ordered the same product elsewhere which arrived before this one, I did not get a response. Although under Distance Selling I can return the item for a full refund, I have no intention of doing so as I doubt the refund would ever get processed.
Beware, the customer service number is a mobile number and I ended up cancelling my payment card to be on the safe side.

12 days since ordered. Not received item yet. No replies to email and not picking up number given on their website.

Ordered two items when they were Warehouse Junky. Received one of the items over a month later. No explanation for the other item. They have my money and send vague sporadic update emails often enough to make you think they are dealing with it. They never actually address the query.
looking into it i think igadgets, [(external reference) for some reason trust pilot removed this helpful link] Yarkata and Warehouse junky are one and the same so would avoid all three. Scam advisor has a link for Warehouse Junky which makes me suspicious of them.
Basically all 3 sites have exactly the same look, images and layout as well as prices. Still not received a reply or my items nearly 6 months on.
