Website is easy to use, delivery time was good, I paid extra for express but took a few days (postal service under pressure) quality of drawer handles is great, I like the quality and feel of the black finish. I would highly recommend this company. I needed a couple of extra handles that were out of stock but I emailed to request info and had a very timely reply with good information and I also received a communication when they were back in stock. Price, Product and Communication all top marks.

We ordered 2 different types of handles online, 30 of one type and 8 of the other. The order was accepted and paid for.
We were later advised by email that only 2 handles were available of the 8 we ordered, (suggesting availability was not being updated automatically on the website). Consequently we cancelled all 8 handles and were refunded the amount paid.
Very happy with the 30 handles supplied which arrived promptly.

Variety of products to choose from. I was able to find what I was looking for without leaving the house during COVID restrictions. I received the items exactly on time.
The only issue was 3 of the handles had a defect on them which I used them anyway, as I couldn鈥檛 go through the process of returning and post.
