CAUTION. I purchased boots as a Christmas gift. I didn't realize that they were being made in and shipped from China. They were stuck in Customs for weeks. I was sent the wrong boot finish and what I did receive was defective. The company continues to refuse to refund my money or pay the shipping cost to return them. It costs more to return them than what I paid for the boots. Original shipping cost were only $6. Interesting. I have been in a dispute with this company since December 2018 and it still has not been resolved. The company told me to keep them and sell them on the secondary market to recoup my costs. Wow!

I'm still waiting for my order yet.3 weeks now.Wow.

My package supposedly was delivered. I never got it. I have been two wks trying to fix this. There answer, " go house to house n check with the neihbors" Are you kidding me.

Be very cautious purchasing anything from this company which requires a size to be selected. Products are made using Asian standards, not USA. If you ever receive your order, and if you find that it does not fit, you are basically screwed. They claim they can not provide a return shipping label and they will only offer a partial credit for the purchase price. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I bought a pair of boots from Imedialy for Christmas and within several wears the front area where the toe is started coming apart.
This is made of poor quality materials as the surface of the shoe
is already worn off and showing the internal structure. I am returning them for a full refund. I warn everyone that these boots are terrible.

Thank you for the quality merchandise. My only complaint is that it never had any instructions and need to figure it out for myself. Thank you though for the quick and secure delivery.

I ordered three pairs of heated gloves for my dad, husband, and brother-in-law for Christmas. The website guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Today is January 8th and I still have not received them. I reached out to the company in December 26th, asking for a refund since I had to go buy gifts for all three family memebers. Customer service said that they were sorry for the inconvenience but they couldn鈥檛 refund my purchase. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering anything from Thai website again.

I was a little disappointed thinking when I ordered that the delivery was going to be before Christmas . When ordering said I would have it before Christmas . My son got the package 3 days after Christmas so I had to express him another package so he got something for Christmas . The boots are great just I expected shipment before Christmas as it stated or I would have never ordered from your company .

I will not use this company again because it has taken to long and I still don't have my grandsons Christmas presents

Would never order from them again. Ordered on 12/14. Shipping info sent, but it was never brought to USPS. Contacted on 1/2 and asked to ship to the billing address since Christmas was missed, and they shipped, but to the original address. No apologies from them, and 2 days to respond to an email. I would avoid ordering from here again and please be warned to trust all of these bad reviews — I wish I had checked them before ordering.

I ordered my watch early in December with a promise of an pre Christmas delivery. When I hadn't received it by December 23rd, I purchased another one. I finally received the watch on December 31st. I have notified them that I want to return the watch and get a refund. I haven't even opened the package. I am still waiting for information regarding the return.

I never received my purchase. I ordered it for my grandsons for Christmas and never received it.

I have never recoeved my product. I'm filing complaints with the BBB and my bank. Your company is a fake and just rip people off. I will make sure all of social media knows not to ever order anything from your company

Ordered 2 pair of boots both the same color/style/ and size. When I ordered them I went off the picture and color of the picture for the boots as advertised by Imedaily. I received both pair of boots they we Not the right color or style and they we Not what was advertised on the website!!
The response from Imedaily was that the picture for the boots I ordered had not been updated and it was an old picture!!! WHAT!! Now they said it would cost more to return them because of shipping then the 80$ I paid for the boots!! Unbelievable Do Not Buy From This Company!!!

Reviews said boots were small so order them a size larger.Instead of 11 I ordered 12, and 6 weeks later when I finally got them I couldn鈥檛 even get my toes into them.No response to emails and no way to return them! BUYER BEWARE

very good bluetooth,and very cheap i bought 3 of them.

I have ordered 2x cases for a phone with a keyboard for Christmas.
They have arrived but without a keyboard, so basically I had 2 oversized iPad like cases for a phone. Ridiculous.
From the first instance, I have asked to be refunded in full and I wanted to return these goods. I was getting email after email from them apologising but sending me a replacement. I didn't want any more goods from this company as I didn't trust them after the initial delivery.
I must have exchanged about 7-8 emails where all I was getting was yes we are sorry but we are sending you new goods.
In my opinion, this is a Chinese company who don't care about clients satisfaction, just take your money and that's that.
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FrOM THIS SITE ANYThING IN THE FUTURE. ALL I WANTED WAS TO RETURN THEIR GOODS AND GET MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY JUST WOULDNT LISTEN.
BE MINDFULL IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM.!!!

I got what I exactly expected!!!!

The phone keyboard we ordered took a while to get here, but it was worth the wait. The price was awesome too. All worth the wait.

Good service but products don鈥檛 look as good in quality as they do on Facebook

The item was exactly as advertised. Shipping however never updated. Received a confirmation email then a second email with tracker number stating it was created. The tracking number was never associated with an actual package. I also never got an email that the item actually shipped.

I ordered the shoes November 9th today is December 7th I have not received them yet. The tracking number didn't work. I emailed them 2 times and the never responded till the 3rd time when I told them I was going to cancel my order with PayPal
They responded back be patient. I don't think I'll recommend them to anyone that i know nor will I ever buy anything from them.
