ordered a lenovo battery and order was cancelled saying it is out of stock, there website is still showing 8 in stock.
also they did not refund me and have to open a claim in paypal. waste of time

After pricing out repair/replacement costs for my son's newer laptop, I decided to stop being lazy and do it myself. These guys had the best price on the brand new mobo I needed while many other sellers were asking MORE for a "refurbished" (I'm not sure how one goes about refurbishing a mobo) motherboard. The shipping was free, fast and SECURELY packaged…I won't hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks a million!

Jose did not answer my last question correctly. I asked him about shippings times and he quoted me a price. He also used no capital letters excepting the first and last automated statements. It was very distracting and felt like he wasn't wanting to help me.

Thanks to Jose editing an order I just had made was a non issue. Being an international customer I didn't want to be hit up on another shipping charge because I neglected to add one additional item. Jose had the item added to the order in less then 3 min. Thanks for helping me avoid a costly mistake..

I also spoke with Jose today and he looked right after me. I am an international customer (Canada) and he helped set up a custom Paypal invoice for USPS shipping as that option was not showing in the shipping section of the website. Thank you Jose, keep up the good work, sir!

I have a customer that has a computer that is down and needed a part sent as quickly as possible to get them back up.
Jose was very helpful in making sure the part was in stock and drop shipped the part so that it would go out the same day.
Service like this will always keep me coming back even if the price is a little higher, the service is worth it!

We've used Impact Computers as our primary resource for Dell parts once machines are out of warranty for years. Their prices aren't always the lowest, but they're quick to find the correct parts, quick to ship, and easy to work with.

Today marks the 31st day of working with Dell to replace two cards under warranty (a video card and raid controller). Dell couldn't get the parts so eventually offered us a replacement machine, which was not a match when it showed up, a non-starter for our customer.

Dell still isn't able to tell me how long it will be to get the parts so I contacted ImpactComp. 15-minutes or so later (mostly me finding the right printed numbers on the boards) and Jose had me setup to have the parts in 3-days.

Go ImpactComputers and go Jose!

I ordered a part for a Lenovo laptop. The part shipped right away and when I contacted customer service via chat, Jose was very helpful in providing me with a tracking number. He was straight to the point and gave me the answers I needed.

Impact sent me the wrong part. After contacting them, they were quick to take my money for a replacement part which was shipped quickly. After that is when the wheels fell off. I was promised RMA instructions the same day but did not receive them. When I followed up a week later, they said my email address was wrong. Funny, they had no problem sending me emails about the purchase of the replacement part. After contacting them again, they "corrected" my email, and they sent me an email with the RMA instructions and refund process for the first part sent. But, they did not want to refund the shipping cost of the wrong part they sent me. I contacted them and was told they would email me the same day with the correct refund amount. Once again, no email. 2 day later I contacted them again and after insisting I receive a full refund and shipping label to return the first, wrong, part they sent me I was told they would do so but would not do business with me again because I wanted to return and get a full refund for a part they sent me in error. Not that I would ever do business with me again, but now they don't want to do business with me because I was do not want to pay for the wrong part or shipping to return it?

As of now, I still have not received a shipping label and have grave doubts about how fast I will actually get my refund for the first part.

You would have to be desperate or crazy to ever do business with Impact Computer

In general, the service I received was absolutely perfect.
The rep I spoke with was by the name of Jose. He was very polite and answered all questions having confidence in the information he provided.
Excellent way to do business.

This company is a joke! Just like many other people, I ordered a part that showed they had in stock only to find out days later that they don't have it. When I called to complain, Yuri just laughed and said Sorry, just order it from someone else. I ordered something from in 2012 and they screwed up that order too. Against my better judgement I ordered this part hoping they had changed, but they haven't. This is a Mickey Mouse operation and they don't care about customer service at all. They never know what they have in stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you will regret it

Though this may be an exception, I had to cancel an order placed the day before. Problem with the PC was not what I first thought and requested a cancellation on their chat line with Dennis. No hassles, no equivocation. Just OK, no problem. Much easier than I expected. Hard to fault that sort of experience.

I don't have a problem with the parts. But when you overcharge for shipping and tell me over the phone that you can't choose shipping methods and you "sometimes overcharge for shipping" – that's classy.

Case in point, I work for the USPS and my orders were sent First Class. You print the labels right? There is a selection between First-class and Priority, even when you use ups generated labels. I was charged Priority rate but received slower (First class) service. At most, First Class in the envelope I was sent should be no more that $2.32, but you charge $6.15. I know these envelopes do not cost $3.83 apiece.

You could've stuck it in a Priority envelope, which you can order free at ups.

You also say it's the cost of doing business? How so? Your USPS carrier picks up your packages free of charge, so you don't use any gas.

So yeah, make sure you're order is big, or they'll bag you for a high shipping charge and send it via a slower service.

I worked with Dennis in Product Support Chat to help me find the right LCD for a friend's computer that I was repairing. There were a number that were compatible. I hadnt taken the LCD out yet, and Dennis was willing to wait the 10 minutes or so it took me to do so. Once we got the LCD out, he had the right part number for me, and it turned out to be different (and slightly less expensive) than the one I was looking at. We have ordered a few things in the past from Impact for the IT deparment at our company, and they have always come through with the parts we need at the right prices! Definitely recommend!
