Imperial Carpet Cleaning

We have an oat colored tweed couch and loveseat…and three furbabies. Over time they looked more beige then oat colored. Antonio called to let me know when he was going to arrive, arrived on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable about his products, ultimately did an excellent job. My couches look brand new, just like when we bought them! Prices are very decent, quality is very high. Highly recommend!

What's worse than dog slobber, foot oils, stains, and god-only-knows-what-else on your carpet? When all those things are not yours!
We recently bought a house. And with that, we bought the previous owners god-only-knows-what-else on the carpet. Not that the carpet was gross or anything… but, it did have some stains and a couple dirty spots. So we thought we'd have them cleaned before we get our own dogs slobber and feet oils all over them.

Imperial to the rescue!

I called them up and scheduled an appointment (which they were on time for). They came with their super sucky (my word, not theirs) van and sucked up all the god-only-knows-what-else out of my carpets. Oh, and they cleaned an area rug for me too, which apparently, really needed it (see pic).

OK dogs, now get to messing up that clean carpet… I'll call Imperial Carpet Cleaning again!

Purchased a new house and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before fully moving in since prior owner had a dog. Jose came in and pointed out some areas that could not be cleaned because the stain was actually bleaching agent. He did an awesome job on the carpets and I will use him the next time I need them cleaned. Great job at a great value.

Imperial is affordable and very friendly as far as overall service goes. I had no issues letting him into our home and felt very safe and was well taken care of. I will definetly use Imperials service anytime we need our carpets cleaned.

I panicked when i spilled some black nail polish at my friends carpet! I didnt know what to do! I searched the internet on what i can do and tried every single thing possible. But it was still there! Outrageously visible. So i searched for a carpet cleaner and stumbled upon Jose's company. Called them up and was kind enough to see me within the day! I was so glad! On our big move from the East Coast to Wisconsin, a full container of Drano managed to break and spill all over the new car's back seat. We looked online for the best and closest place for upholstry cleaning in Milwaukee and stumbled upon Jose's company. As busy as he is, he still managed to squeeze us in on July 4th, when I would imagine most places wouldn't even consider making appointments. Jose came to our place on time and was very thorough. He was also very kind, professional and helpful in explaining which cleaning agent he used to neutralize the Drano.

So in all, Jose saved the day and gave us a peace of mind to be able to safely drive and ride in our car again. Thanks Jose!
