Not very good communication, bought football boots when they arrived they looked like they had been tried on numerous times laces were loose,no packing in boots no packaging in box ,no kit bag,have sent on email twice not had any reply,will not be ordering from this company again.very disappointed we had no reply.

I live in Liverpool, England. I ordered a pair of indoor football trainers from Futbol Emotion with slight hesitation, but it was fantastic service!

I placed my order on Monday evening, it was dispatched on Tuesday from Spain, arrived Wednesday at my house with fully tracked and FREE delivery!

Amazing service, cannot fault one bit. 100% pleased with the service!

Beautiful store with useless staff that try to scam you. I have been there twice selecting a number of shoes which were under a price range of 40-45鈧?in their screens. Every single time I requested a size for those models they claimed they didn't have in stock, not even checking the storehouse, and instead they recommended newer models which were significantly more expensive.

Besides, one of the sellers (not assistant, but SELLER) repeatedly insisted in one particular pair which size was one smaller than my current one (EUR 44, UK 10) so finally I bought them and now they are completely useless so I can't get either a refund nor a discount on a new pair. Even funnier, he said the printer didn't have any paper so I couldn't get an invoice. Are you F***** kidding me? After a non-sense and unnecessary chat, I finally got my dumb invoice.

In light of this, I presented a formal complaint which I expect to be resolved in my favour.
