I ordered on the 13th of July (13/07/20) and it apparently arrived at my house on the (21/07/20) I can guarantee you It did not I did not get a knock on my door, the person who signed it wasn't even my name. I have contacted UPS and Futbol Emotion and I have got no response I am eventually going to take this to court as money I worked hard for Is just gonna be delivered to a strangers house. Bearing in mind the order did not come to my house, my neighbours or anybody in particular. I had my address, area, postcode and town all written in detail and I still couldn't get my order delivered to my house? This is a blatant scam from this company. I can confirm that it is (23/07/20) and I still don't have my package.

One of the most pleasant purchases I've ever made. The service was amazing from start to finish. The product, with it's customization, was brought in absolutely perfect with no problem at all, 100% original and in perfect condition, and it was not only exactly what I ordered but way much more than I expected. The shipping time was insanely short, it took even less than the expected arrival time on the order status. Excellent store, and I gotta say, way better than the official brands' online stores, which are very, very faulty.

Personally, I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend buying from this site, as it offers a better overall experience than any other site from which I've made purchases.

Delivery has to be early because I play football every day or nearly everyday

Do not use this company! Order son futsal boots for my son which never arrived. After several attempts to contact the company I had had no reply or tracking number for my order to raise with the courier. Paypal have aid they have given them a confirmation of delivery AND a tracking number an closed the case in favour of them even though they have not given me a tracking number to find out why there was no delivery! Not only am I out of pocket of nearly 拢70, my son has been really disappointed in not getting his boots.

Horrible customer service. Slow delivery. Extremely slow email responses. Refused to give a refund for a returned item, because the shoe box was damaged. However, the shoe box was already damaged when it arrived to me, now I'm stuck with a wrong size item and no money. Avoid this website at all costs. It is more worth it to throw your money in the trash.

I ordered the wrong size. Had to pay for the return shipping. Then, I was not refunded due to the shoe box being damaged during the shipping. Took 10+ days to answer to questions. Whole procedure took about 3 months from the time I ordered the shoe to the time it was returned to me after I had sent it back. Worst mistake of my life trusting this website. Would give zero stars and spit on it if possible.

This is the first review I have ever left on a company but felt compelled to after my experience.
They provide Awful/No customer service. Item sent a week later than first stated. Had to wait another week for replies to emails. I eventually received the boots and they had clearly been worn before and the stitching has already started coming away from the plate.
Sent complaint about wanting email and still waiting for a reply.

Do not give this company your money as they are totally unprofessional.

Boots out of stock everywhere else..this company shipped them to us to UK from Spain within a few days. Better price than the other shops too. Highly recommend 🙂

Absolutely disgrace. Tried to buy an item. Filling all the necessary info then they removed it from the cart! What a joke!
