Horrible quality obvious mistakes on dress stitching

These people are crooks the same issue as the others before me. I wish I had been able to cancel it I tried right after I ordered it and they took the cash in minutes !! Change ur credit card # too!! You can never be to safe with these type of people.

Denied I Paid!!!!!!!

I ordered my dress in hopes it would be here on January 7th for my Homecoming on January 10th. As soon as I ordered the dress $156.00 was taken out of my account. However the site put a hold on my order demanding that I pay. I resolved the issue but know its likely that my dress wont come in on time…

Poor quality material

Do not order their dress. They look beautiful on picture, but once you receive it, the material is poor quality, the seams are falling apart, the dress looks used.
They will give you a hard time to return it, and their policy has lots of loop holes holding you responsible for the bill, and without a dress. DO NOT USE THEM>

Misrepresenting product: what is pictured online, NOT what we got

The dresses depicted online look nice, but actual quality is VERY poor and when requested to return the item, you get the run around. The offer less than 10% to "fix the problem" ( half the beading not completed). And if you DO wish to return you must pay shipping to China, and they will"look at the item to determine if defect was their fault" then decide to give you 20 to 40% back

Prom Dress Buyer Beware!!

We order a non-custom dress from this vendor. The return policy states that if you contact them within 48 hours – you can arrange a return. I contacted them within 24 hours and was told that I should either 'gift' the dress to someone or sell it 'on my side'. When I wrote back and said that was an unacceptable response and that I was within their 48 window (and that this dress was NOT custom) I did not receive a response. I understand that I would need to pay the return shipping – but it's not looking like they will even give me that option.

Not returning my emails

fraudulent activities, different informant from website. I purchased a dress and they told me it would be here by 2/17 now they are stating that it will be here on 3/4 which is after the event. Tried emailing and no one is returning my call and there is no phone number listed
