DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! Absolutely awful experience. I heard bad reviews but we took a chance. So I made sure I triple checked my order before payment. I did not receive any emails verifying my order or a confirmation of order. I did get a tracking number which did not work. When the items arrived there was about 60CAD additional shipping. The dress we ordered was silver and we received peach. The one in the picture was champagne coloured. This is a dress my mother wishes to wear for my November wedding!! I disputed with them but they kept insisting we ordered as per the picture. I argued the picture was beige/champagne and we received peach. At no time were they able to provide proof of my purchase showing my peach order. although I asked for it many times. The stitching was awful and basically this dress is garbage!! A waste of 200.00. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. They said I can get full price at a consignment store.. This company is a big SCAM!!!

Of course reading the reviews made me super skeptical, because I had not read them until after I ordered, and I did that out of excitement and how beautiful the dress was, and that I had to have it moment. Well needless to say, after reading the reviews I went into panic mode. Before I could contact them, they contacted me to let me know that my shoulder measurement was incorrect, and yes it was (I had my dress custom made). I wrote them and let them know that I read the negative reviews, and they kept in communication with me. They asked me to ignore the negative reviews, and stated that my dress will be perfect for me. I sent them the corrected measurement. They let me know that they were in receipt of the correction. In the mean time, they had called me, text me, and emailed me to let me know that they needed the correct measurement. Needless to say, the tentative date for delivery was the 29th of January, I received it the 26th, and my dress was custom made a perfect fit for me. My co-workers will not be attending the event, so I modeled it for them. Comments were absolutely beautiful, flawless, and it looked like me. Cudos to their customer service. And thank you Fabvogue, I am extremely happy.

This company stole over 250 dollars of me even though their refund policy clearly states that I am entitled to a full refund. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it, following the confirmation that my payment didn't go through. They subsequently used my credit card details to attempt debit again and ignored every request relating to an order cancellation. They even deleted the submitted tickets and communication we sent, such a scam! Dealing with this company has honestly been an absolute nightmare… they are despicable, I don't understand how they are even allowed to operate!

I ordered 4 matching dresses for my music quartet. They arrived in a timely fashion and appeared well constructed, BUT none of them fit. Each one was several inches smaller than the advertised measurements for the size. When I requested to return them, they insisted that I send them photos of me taking my measurements. They then concluded that I was holding the measuring tape too tightly around my hips, and that was why they did not fit. Yet the dress was also 3 inches too small in the bust. After I filed a formal dispute with my credit card company, because the merchandise received was not as advertised, fabvogue agreed that I could return the dresses. They told me to list the value at $20 to avoid the taxes even though I had paid over $500 for them. They then sent repeated emails begging me to cancel my transaction dispute. The credit card company said the dispute should not be cancelled until the refund was posted by fabvogue. I returned the dresses to them, (declaring full value) and postal tracking confirmed that they were delivered on October 2, 2015. The company denied that they had been received until I had an e mail confirmation directly sent to them from USPS postal tracking–then they admitted they had been received but claimed they were only received on October 19. They also said that because I had not cancelled the dispute, I already had my money!

To summarize:
Their dresses are not sized as advertised.
They do not stand behind their products and go to great lengths to find a reason to deny your ability to return unacceptable merchandise. (As another complainant mentioned, they suggested that I resell the dresses myself. )
They lied until irrefutable proof was provided that they received the returns.
They are still avoiding processing my refund despite acknowledging that they received returned merchandise.

These people are dishonest. I do not recommend that anyone do business with them, but if you find yourself in my position, DO NOT GIVE UP! They count on customers finding it too hard to continue to fight for what is right. File a formal transaction dispute with your credit card company and document every step along the way!

Buyer beware. I highly recommend you reconsider conducting business with this company. I ordered merchandise from this company however the merchandise was not delivered as promised. Many calls were placed to customer service and each time I was told the order had just shipped and I would be receiving it shortly. After several calls inquiring about the delivery of the order I cancelled the order. Several days after cancelling the order I noticed a charge to my credit card for the merchandise. I contacted the company and they stated they shipped the order and I would have it shortly. I reminded them that I had cancelled the order and no longer wanted the merchandise. They stated I had to wait until the order was delivered so that I could return it, once returned I would receive a credit. I immediately placed a call to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Since the merchandise was being delivered via DHL and a signature was required, I did not worry about the order. A few days later the merchandise was left on my doorstep. Apparently FabVogue contacted DHL and provided approval to leave the merchandise on the doorstep without a signature. I was now left with having to return the merchandise. DHL would not pick up the merchandise without a return number from FabVogue. FabVogue would not provide a DHL return number and insisted the merchandise be returned via the U.S. Postal Service. Following is a portion of the 'MANY' emails between myself and FabVogue:

Good morning,

>>>>>>>>> I contacted DHL and they stated the sender (FabVogue) must provide a 'return' number in order for the order to be picked up and returned. They will pick up the order from my residence, however they will hold the package at the Hong Kong DHL location until the return information is received by the carrier.

Hello,
>>>>>>>> If I return the package through the post office it will cost me nearly $40.00. I am not understanding why I should have to cover the cost of returning the package when I cancelled the order prior to it being shipped. As previously mentioned, I cancelled the order on July 23rd. I called and confirmed on July 24th and July 27th. The order shipped from your location on July 26th, three days after I cancelled the order. Please help me to understand why I should be responsible for returning the order.
>>>>>>>>
>>>>>>>> Thank you

Hello,
>>>>>>>
>>>>>>> Sorry to hear that, you can go to post office to choose the shipping method without tracking number, and write lower value such as $20.00 on the package, then the shipping cost will be very cheap, only need about $10 to $20. Hope you can cancel the dispute and forward us the confirmation email, we will full refund you plus shipping fee.

It is now October and I have yet to receive the refund of $29.65 postal fee paid to return the merchandise. FabVogue keeps insisting I cancel the dispute with my credit card company and once the funds are released they will refund me the price of the merchandise and the return postal fee. They don't actually think I am going to cancel the dispute when the merchandise has been returned do they?

The biggest hurdle is that this company operates out of Hong Kong, so 'Beware' of conducting business with this company.

Don't order from Fabvogue. We ordered a dress on April 15; paid $35 for DHL 3 day shipping, no alterations off the rack size 6, in stock. Contacted service at company on April 25 and was promised the dress would arrive by May 2, but, still not have time for last minute alterations if needed. Today is May 3 and no dress. I have attempted contact with Fabvogue 3 more times to say that I have not received dress and now that I do not want to be charged if they have not sent out. I have not heard back. Good thing we ordered from another company so we had a backup . My draughts friends has also not arrived. Fabvogue will ruin your event.
