trash company. Will auto sub you for a year even though you cancel it and won't refund you unless you file a dispute. Spit on thjs company

I would never put a penny into Faceit. It's full of people who can't speak your language so communication is out of the window…they NEED to add a language filter when matchmaking people together. I can't play a team game with Russians

On paper it sounds great, I resubbed three days ago.Had a cheater in my second game, reported him(was a turkish cheater,, obvious wallhack, but 2 kids on the team thought not – worse than silver, though not their fault.I was happy to get the "thank you for reporting a cheater" message, that it was now banned and the +elo(faceits rank points) returned for losing due to a cheater.Now, that was 2 hours after the report – nice to have him banned fast, so satifying , not something you get on standard csgo mm.BUT , every game today (3 in a row), there was something wrong.My team mates were childish, lil toxic, and were turkish as a norm.Not being divisive but, every game was predominately turkish, and they were toxic, and less than nova in basics.This was not the case last year when I stopped, and its sad to say, MM is better at the moment because of this, unless you ant to chase prizes with silver turkish team mates who probly dont speak english and are toxic .But hey – quicker bans for cheaters ;).

Very new players are going to faceit because they blame mm for being nova :), Not a great playerbase especially with a turkish majority on an EU platform.

Very bad support. Super unintuitive support/ticket system, which makes it almost impossible to get in touch with support.

the absolute worst support you'll come across. I got disconnected along with one other player due to cs go network being down, i then proceed to contact live support and wait for 15 min so this very unhelpful "CynicalFish" can tell me there's nothing they can do. Cs go network being down is my fault and it's a "Tech issue from my end" as he put it. Would not recommend faceit. Play MM with 9 spinners would be better.

I contacted their "LIVE" support during a match where two of our players were disconnected because of issues out of our control (The CS:GO Network was down), and it took me more than 20 minutes before I could reach Faceit through their so called live support system. I was greeted by staff under the nickname ''Woopa'' which was not helpful to us at all and by the time that I reached their "LIVE" support, the match was over and they refused to remove our "LEAVER" cooldowns, as if it was under our control, we did not leave the match, we were disconnected due to issues that we had no control over and even proof was provided. They also refused to return our lost ELO points. This is a platform that is DEPENDENT on both Steam and CS:GO when it comes to online Faceit CS:GO matches, yet they are resigning responsobilites and refuse to be helpful to both free and paying costumers and that is only the tip of the iceberg. I do not recommend this platform.

in 2020 the system is still bad , sometimes you can't connect to server . sometimes you can't open csgo with Faceit anti-cheat , sometimes its because of the technical issues from faceit itself make ya afk from con game ending up banned from queuing up matches for 1-2 days. Fix please the minor issues 🙂 its been 2 years like this

I am rank 6, now deranked because they put me against 3 rank 10, with one word faceit is worst and sh-tty site to play, even mm is better.
Mixed rank ( team with ranks 1-2, and 9-10-10 ) ofc its hard even to play this game, this site sucks.
Smurfs all over the place, they cant play on rank 10 cuz they sucks to play with same rank as they are, creating new accounts and being a god on lower rank.
Cheaters in atleast 1/3 matches.
Staff doesnt care if you report them, cheaters even claim they are cheating, wallbanging you nonstop when u report them to support live chat, they say its to trigger you xd, sh**tty staff either.
Its way worst than the valve matchmaking system.
This site make me not playing csgo anymore, fack you faceit.com

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't play EU faceit solo queue, never, you re gonna lose no matter what. I dont understand why russians are allowed to play, all of them troll, are toxic and don't give a damn about levels. The ranking system is trash, i was level 7 with 60 games and now i am level 5 with 120 games, why? Because i get paired in solo queue with default ruskies that have 2k/3k games played and are level 5, impossible win with these creatures.

Unfinished product. The anticheat is intrusive and will block you from joining some matches cuz it hit its period. AFK bans stuck up

there is no EU faceit… ONLY RUSSIAN. Russians should not be playing on EU serves as they are simply there to troll, be toxic, refuse to speak english and report you for nothing. Faceit is the worst platform simply because they allow anything and everything as long as you are paying, there is absolutely no support available and no one looking after customer suggestions. Faceit is trash, simply put.

dont even try playing faceit alone, in 90% of all matches youll be paired with russian players who tell you their entire lifestory in russian for the rest of the match. You wont hear enemy steps, theyll just ignore you if you tell them to be quiet and continue speaking 24/7 so you have to mute your entire team. Also, all the russians you tell to be quiet when you try to play, will report you and faceit will ban you for verbal abuse, even though all you say is "be quiet please"
9/10 matches this happens, never play on this absolute trash site.

Full of russians who cant communicate, and toxic people. Alot of smurfs, and no support. The community doesnt care about the player, and are very arrogant when responding to their users. Faceit doesnt care about it's community at all, and just does it for the money. I'm level 10, but I wish I could get all that time back. FACEIT SHOULD NOT BE PLAYED BY ANYBODY. Maybe then they will start carring about their users. 1 star is too much given to this careless, lazy, and arrogant company.
Go ESEA, ESPORTAL, or normal mm, or just slit your wrists. Anything than playing faceit

Toxic community, going back to ESEA. I have been playing a lot of ESEA, and I am currently rank A. Switch to Faceit and I though I can grind my way to lvl10. after 20 matches I won't do that even though I have 70 percent win rate is due my personal performance. Once I lost with 56 kills 2 players afk. Highly recommend not to play on this platform full of toxicity, chat abusing kids. I have had way better experience on ESEA.

I鈥檝e seen some horrible customer service in my entire life but what I鈥檝e seen on Faceit is worthy of a comedy show. It鈥檚 a total embarrassment and you should change your 鈥渇ee鈥?with donation cause it鈥檚 worth absolutely NOTHING!

So you are paying to be able to play a game that is for free on Steam.
What are you getting in return?
Absolutely nothing.
Anticheat is a joke.
Premium is filled with brand new steam accounts.
Experiencing cheater every 2-3 games.
There are servers lags, chats and ac bugging out.
Client not updating and so on, so forth.
Oh, and dont forget about non existent support.
Client is extremely buggy.
The worst service I have ever experienced.
Matchmaking is better than this crap.

It can take quite a while for a response. When you finally get one, it's like a bot picked out a word or 2 you used and just pastes prewritten responses to FAQ's people have about those things. Have the word "matchmaking" in your ticket but you also wrote a small essay about your actual issue? Look forward to getting a one sentence response about how the matchmaking system creates a "balance" between queue times and the skill rating. Faceit seems so uninterested in actually helping you out they might aswell just send an email saying "Screw you and thanks for the money!"

Ripoff yearly subscription payments. I havent logged into faceit for 6months but they still charge the yearly sub fee, really shady business and I will never use or recommend faceit again.
