I ordered socks on April 30, received an 'your shipment is on the way' email just a few days later. I've contacted them NUMEROUS times since placing the order to inquire about status. It's now June 18, and I still do not have the socks. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT buy into this. The company made the photo translation in ways that I could not even tell who the faces were. I signed up for VIP on every pair of the 10 sets I bought so they would come in time for Mothers Day, and they did not. One package arrived 6 days late and the other has still not arrived (28 days later). My first delivery was also missing a pair of socks. Every attempt for a refund or replacement goes unanswered. I am finally going to have to contact my credit card company to see if they can help rectify this situation. Obviously, I do not recommend the socks OR the company.

Absolutely terrible, it鈥檚 been over a month and my socks still never arrived. Tracking says it鈥檚 been in Shanghai China for last two weeks. I reached out several times and asked for a refund because it was a mother鈥檚 day gift and obviously that has passed. They won鈥檛 give me my money back or any information on where my package is other than 鈥減robably stuck in customs鈥? Definitely calling my credit card to get this charge canceled and DEFINITELY telling everyone not to ever purchase from here.

Still no order. I ordered it 2 months ago and still haven鈥檛 received it. Was supposed to be a present. Now I have no use for it. Absolutely terrible .

I made a purchase on April 29th and received a notification that my order has shipped on May 5th. It is now May 26th and my package has not moved from Fremont Ca . I emailed and got a response about a 7-15 days for my order to arrive it鈥檚 been more than 15 days and still no package. I鈥檝e been checking everyday and package still shows in Fremont. I will definitely be contacting my credit card company to report this and attempt to get my money back. You are a sorry excuse for a company by taking people鈥檚 money and not providing a product

The pictures and socks have incredible quality! Love them! The fit is a little different, as there is no contour in the front of the sock, almost creating wrinkles.

If I could leave less stars I would. I ordered socks a month ago and while I understand delays in shipping. The last update I got was on May 3 which said my order had shipped. When I try to track my order it still says 3 weeks later label created not shipped. When I emailed the company they emailed me back about shipping delays and that was it. So I鈥檓 out the money I paid for the socks and also the 鈥渧ip鈥?service they charged me and Still no socks.

Never received the product. Their customer service is non-existent, they respond to my inquiries within 1-2 business days. However, they keep pushing me off to their "Tracking site." My order way placed on 4/24 with a confirmation of receipt and shipment confirmation on 4/27. it has been 16 business day, significantly past their 7-10 day commitment of receipt. Furthermore, when I access their "tracking" site it says the product is still in China. How can they state "made in the USA." I Extremely disappointed as this was a mother's day gift and I had to rush to purchase an alternate gift. I have logged this site with my State's Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and posted to every social media site I am involved with. I hope any responsible consume heads my warning and stays away from spending their money with this company.
