BEWARE!! ? After continual contact throughout the week on my end leading up to my appointment – 10mins prior Fiona called to say they could no longer fit us in. With no other solution fitting – we ended up with no pamper package that was already paid for. No care was given even blaming the new receptionist for their over booking clients – their customer service is very disappointing.
