Tom senior and some bag called claire are rude and bigheaded all they do us make u feel incompetent and are very nasty , claire in paticular flounces about like she own the place, is very rude and a totally horrible person., i enjoyed my job until those two nasty people started vusiting the site , claire needs some management courses b4 anything else totally horrible
