Facilities Management EXpress (FMX)

Easy to use system and quick customer service.

I have been very impressed with the program and the personal attention the staff has provided. I am also very impressed that they embrace our requests and act quickly to improve the program to fit our needs.

Still getting used to FMX uploading all our info, so really need a bit more time before I can give an honest review. Customer support has been outstanding and we have just gone live with bringing all our staff up to speed. Great feed back so far.

I began using this program a little over a year ago and it has proven to be to one of the most user friendly programs I have ever used.

We have only just started using FMX but our experience so far has been first rate. We had a bad experience with a different vendor… we would ask if we could do something and they would say no. So far with FMX when asked they always respond "absolutely".
The FMX staff has been especially helpful in making the transition. The program is very easy to use the the customer support is phenomenal.

Excellent product to increase productivity.

The program is very user friendly, and the support staff from FMX is outstanding as they are always readily available and willing to help with any issues. They also are eager to hear ideas for product improvements that they can implement to help their customers.

FMX has been a great tool for keeping track of work orders and the time and cost associated.

The software has the ability to scale with your organization. You have the option to begin using at a simple level and then add more and more features as you grow.

FMX has robust maintenance features and is working to improve inventory and purchasing modules. Needs better reporting and customizable dashboards. Needs to understand the inventory process and align system with real world situations. Needs to define better inventory versus non-stock special order, production orders and work order versus ordering against inventory.

FMX is user friendly. Would like to see some ways to color code changes.

simple and efficient

FMX has been extremely helpful to our facility and the customer service is second to non. Note that I am an extremely intentional person and use my words wisely so I view this review as putting my own name and reputation on the line. Now I'm not saying that the system is perfect; there are improvement to be made in terms of specific customer needs but they are aware of these needs and short coming and by all accounts are working on solutions. On a personal note they have also been very generous. We at Shelterwood Academy are grateful to be using their service.

FMx has been an amazing addition to our organization. It's ease of use and flexibility are just a start on all the awesome abilities this management system offers.

Great Solution for my Facilities Team,
This worked perfectly as a balance between the excessively detailed asset management systems and the poorly designed work order only systems.
The Calendaring, Work Order, Preventative Maintenance, and other modules allowed our campus and staff to quickly transition the site activity / event calendar and combine the maintenance and PM calendar for use by both non-facilities personnel and the facilities team.
