Very bad customer service, delayed order. After 20 days I still did not see my products. Probably my money are lost too.

Delayed delivery. I was calling them via phone and never answer. In their website, the products said 24hours delivery and I got them after one month.

My order arrived in 22 days, although it was supposed to arrive in 6-12 days. Still, they announced me via email that it will take longer time to be delivered. + One item was not delivered to me because it was not on the stock, although on the site it was and i was able to put in the basket and buy. At least, I did't pay for it, since I chose to pay on delivery. They told me two weeks after the order was made, that the provider of that item hadn't have the item anymore on the stock. In conclusion, they do not have their site and stock fully updated.
