Their advertising is deceiving. Their products are ridiculously expensive!! Even with a so called "Sale"

Ride-on Car not as specified
I purchased a kids ride on car early this month from Factory Buys
It was specified in the product description as being suitable for kids aged 3 to 8 ( User: 3 – 8 years old).
My 4-year-old granddaughter cannot physically sit in the car and nor can her sister who is 6 years of age. They are quite normal size for their ages.
I not unreasonably purchased the car based on the claimed age suitability for my grandkids ie they would easily be able to sit in it and push the pedal etc.
This is not the case!
I contacted Factory Buys and was told that not all the descriptors in the specifications apply ! Their recommended user age range was not relevant. They will not refund or exchange for a larger car!
Its looks to me Factory Buys 鈥渃herry pick鈥?whatever of their quoted specifications and decide which will apply to their product.
As they say "buyer beware". For me, this was $240 basically down the drain.

Areived broken had to wait for a while to get replacement in the mean went and bought one as i needed it.when new shelves arrived box was open no tape to keep it the secure.

Ordered a gas lift strut bed half the pieces were missing sent a detailed email and they sent the same parts I already have. Been waiting almost 5 weeks for a resolution.

Good delivery time. Only a little disappointed that the colour on the website looks like a metallic colour and the actual product is not

My product was damaged. Replacement was also damaged . Wanted refund but was sent a replacement. Still waiting . Never use ur company again
