however I called the customer-care and they said the order was cancelled by club factory , but i have paid the money already.. where is my refund , when will it be initiated.. i need a reply

This is the second time I ordered but I never received the items twice. It was both paid . Second order was suppose to arrive Nov 6 and I never received it . They really have good prices of clothes on their website but to run a business like that isn鈥檛 right .
