I purchased a Hungarian duvet from this company and the duvet was fine at first but I have now had the duvet over a year and half of the duvet is just flat. When I hold it up to the light there is hardly any filling at all and hardly even covers half of the stitched pockets. I paid a lot of money for this duvet approx 拢150 as it should last many years but I can't use the duvet. It was meant to be 13.5 tog but because of the filling the duvet is flat and cold.

I have filled out 2 contact forms and have had no contact from the company, there customer service is appalling. Never again would I purchase anything from them as I feel they are selling faulty goods with no quality, the items are just cheap made. They say they are honest and trustworthy but this is lie.

I am completely happy with this product. The material is durable but cotton soft. Great value for money, and deep enough to cover my 12inch mattress. Great colour, and have no complaints. Buy this one if you don't want to be disappointed. The only thing which stops it being perfect is that it isn't as soft as tiger's fur, but you aint gonna find that, and it wouldn't last long. Plus you wouldn't want fur anywho. Very cruel. Enjoy.
