I had a problem with a product that I ordered and wrote to customer service to tell about the product leaking as it was room freshener. NO REPLY EVER!! So disappointed… I gave plenty of time for a response and not a note back, not one. I find this unacceptable at least. I was a new customer and this was my first order as well.
