Factorylocks

We had a hard time sourcing the schlage electronic locks we needed for a high end multi-apt. unit. I chatted online with the factorylocks agent and he knew exactly what we needed and understood how we wanted the key management to go with a migration to key FOB units. They got product quoted and on order with time to spare on the install. We will use again on a housing authority project coming up. thank you factorylocks.

I ordered hardware and after my construction project had extra unopened pieces. With their authorization, I returned the extra new, unopened hardware. Factory locks says they didnt get the return package and refuse to give me credit. They blame the postal service for losing the order which is ridiculous. This is a bad company and should not be trusted. I will now have to write to the State Attorney general to get my money back, which I will do out of principle, more than for themoney (which is not that much).
