Placed order on January 30th, after five days of no shipping confirmation I contacted customer service and was told that my order was processed and I would receive tracking in 24-48 hours. Waited two days, no tracking information. Contacted customer service daily for next 4 business days and received same response as before, even asked for refund and told they could not because order had left warehouse. Twice asked to speak with a supervisor and told they were unavailable and would call me back, received no call. Last call to customer service, finally got a supervisor who informed me that the order was still at the warehouse being processed. I instructed him to give me a full refund, and he was now able to do that when before they could not. Customer service center is clearly out sourced over seas.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE.

Bought an item; they shipped a broken one. Was a hassle to return. They agreed to replace. We had to pay to ship it back, even though it was defective. Then they charged us a re-stocking fee and refused to send us a new one! 100% RIP-OFF, IMHO.

We've had Panasonic cordless phones for years. Recently, I ordered a Panasonic cordless for my home office. Being a newer model, it has the "Call Block" feature. What a wonderful amenity. Now we can also enjoy it on the main phone in our residence. Our lives will become much quieter and much more enjoyable as a result.

I bought Tom Tom go 50S at TomTomFactoryOutletStore because of the price $69.95 and it was a good GPS for the price. One month later after my purchase, the GPS keep shut off while I was driving. It became very unreliable compare to just use Google map from my cell phone. I contact the website and was told that I already past period of returning. Periodically I still could use it, but have to put my phone on as a backup. Also for some reason, I could not write a review on its website.

Scam. Never shipped the item they sold me even 1 month after their promised time. When asked for a refund, they disappeared. Then every phone call was put on hold forever. They all speak broken English.

I purchased a warranty for my product when I tried to contact them they would not honor my warranty, first Factory Out provided me with the wrong warranty company contact, then they said oh we made a mistake call us so that we can offer you the correct company but when I called cust. serv agent hung up on me after giving him all my info…
I tried to dispute the charge but was over the dispute period so I'm out of options the only thing I can suggest is not to use them this company is a FRAUD!!

they can't even keep their lies straight. Their rudeness and incompetence is amazing. After 10 days, I called to check on my order. First, they said my order was delivered, then it wasn't….next, as I'm looking at a UPS tracking number, they tell me it's on FedEx. Then they tell me I CAN'T cancel my order or my payment. In the words of the great Gomer Pyle…..Surprise, surprise, surprise !!! Thank God for PayPal.!!

Ordered a telescope and accessories from Factory Outlet Store on June 7, 2020. Their website stated it was in stock. After a week, I contacted them to find out where my purchase was. I was told the items were back ordered and would be in around 7-10 days. As of June 25,the items haven't been shipped. I plan to cancel the order in the next few days if the order hasn't been shipped. As of June 25, 2020, their website still says that the items are in stock.

I ordered an item on June 12th. It is traveling from Syosset NY – 30 miles away. 12 days later – it still isn't here. I have made 2 calls to customer service only to be sent a tracking link which does not work after the first call and the same non functioning tracking link after the second call but with a special workaround option. Now I know that the item was to have arrived yesterday with no clear idea of when I may receive it. Disappointing. Inefficient.

I ordered 3 plantronics headsets. One of them came without the base. When I opened the box and realized there was a problem I immediately called to notify them. I was told they needed 3-5 days to "reseach my claim" it has been over 5 days and still no word from them. I paid close to 300 dollars for each headset so basically since I can't use the one without the base I basically threw away 300 dollars.

They advertise next day shipping. $2100 and 15 days later no tires. I have made several 800 calls to people you can't understand, and each time they say it has been shipped but no tracking #. Nothing gets shipped without a tracking #. Please call your credit card people and have them investigate. Also call the New York attorney Generals office and file a complaint. DO NOT WAIt These are bad people.
