Bought a so call Louis Vuitton hand bag received on 7/23/2014 and the first time I go to use it the handle breaks and that was 2 days later. And the the package it came in the address is not available because its in Chinese writing. Never again will I purchased anything online again.

I purchased a watch from http://www.fad-watches.net/ on the 9th of July 2014, and I got a confirmation email stating payment successful. The email was from [email聽protected]
And payment was sent to jingluhuiA through a payment service called http://payment.sslcreditpay.co… the payment was made with my bank debit/credit card in the amount of $205.00 USD. I have tried to contact via email six times and I have not gotten a response. I then researched the website and found it to be 0% safe, and also seen that the seller that the payment was made to had similar complaints. How can I peruse this to get a refund? Please help.
