Have used for over a year now for both screen and stage plays and am very satisfied. Before Fade-in I used Word and got quite good at finding ways of improving productivity. However, Fade-in knocks Word into a cocked hat as far dramatic writing is concerned.
I have have had several updates and extras at no further cost. And a complete absence of annoying emails. The one question I asked Fade-in about a function was promptly answered. However, there isn't a lot to learn because this is dedicated software.
And unlike MS and many other providers of software, Fade-in's one-off fee is for life regardless of improvments and developments that come along.
