Not Sending My Purchased Item
I placed an order on December 1st, purchase was processed, my money was withdrawn but I have not received an email on any shipment updates and I have not received my item yet. I emailed both of the emails and I provided and did not get a response. I called the number available on the site and was told the number was for a different company. Therefore, there was no way of contacting this company.
