It's the same company I know use different names this time it's faderplay and they approached me the same way they did for and I keep calling and they keep texting me and harassing me

not having checked my bank account for (too) long I've just noticed that someone "faderplay" had received total of 鈧?440 for 11 months "membership" . Maybe I had signed for a "free" trial period and forgot to cancel it in time. I cant remember! Don't even remember that name !! I meant to cancel rightaway, but cant find this option!
In view of the many similar reports in SCAMGUARD, what could we do?

Faderplay entered my bank account, apparently on the back of a legit site, debited monies on 3 seperate occasions, it may not seem a large amount but being on the pension it is to me, not only that it is the principal of the matter,

Faderplay.com stated they were the site for downloading movies. I haven鈥檛 been able to download any movies and tried to cancel and there鈥檚 no place to cancel. Called my bank; they asked me to try to handle the situation; and when I tried and have gotten NO response, they will take care of it by reporting it to the local and state authorities. This company is a SCAM and should be shut down immediately.

I signed up to Faderplay after the site said FREE movies, I just had to enter my credit card number even thought it said YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE. I didn't proceed after it asked for a donation to be able to watch the movie. I canceled my registration and the following 2 days I've had 2 separate withdrawals from them!

I needed a pdf copy of a service manual for a piece of radio equipment I recently bought, Faderplay said they had it but first I had to give credit card information before purchasing, well guess what, they nothing even close to what I wanted. They charged my credit card $2.95 for nothing, THOSE ROTTEN BASTARDS CHARGED MY CRED CARD AND I RECEIVED NOTHING!

I went to the site that stated free movies just enter your credit card which I did but did not procede any farther upon discovering you have to cancel a membership or you will be billed. I did not authorize any payment.This is fraud.

I tried to go back to the page that showed the pdf book, I could not find it. I called 1888 983-1287 to cancel my account -spoke to Amy and supervisor Brittany who claimed they canceled my account (They did not know or could not reveal the name of the 3rd party company they work for on behalf of Faderplay–Serious Red Flag) and I will get a refund. If I do not see my refund I may call back 1 877 747-0005 in five to ten business days. Today's date is 12/27/16.
