It took over 40 days to deliver, wouldn鈥檛 let me cancel at the 20 day mark. I tried having them reroute the package but they didn鈥檛 help. After disputing the charge, they reverse disputed. So I had to pay 30 dollars for a shirt I never received. Awful business with awful customer service. Do not do business with.

Have still not yet shipped my order, 3 weeks have passed. They "try to stay clear" of all my mails about cancelling the order.

Ordered July 1 and it was here by July 24. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, I have no complaints with the time it took to receive my shirt. It is a good quality shirt and I will definitely order from this company again.

Ordered a shirt on June 22. My order shipped July 27 and has taken almost a week to get from IN to MS. As of yesterday it was supposedly in my small town鈥檚 sort facility but now it鈥檚 apparently 100 miles away in Jackson. Tracking says it鈥檒l be here in four days. I鈥檓 not holding my breath. I get that COVID has slowed things down but we鈥檙e going on 6 weeks and it isn鈥檛 here. Unacceptable. I won鈥檛 order from them again.

The price is wonderful and the jersey is good quality. It took a little time to arrive but that is not surprising due to the crisis. They emailed occasionally to assure me they had not forgotten.

This is a very well-made shirt of generous proportions. The material is high quality, the colors are vibrant, and it鈥檚 message is an important one lovingly presented. I will definitely order from Fahotee again.

Ordered a month ago and no shirt. Think it's a scam. Scary since they took my credit card info! Update- finally showed up after like a month and a half. Not using them again!

I ordered one T-shirt a full MONTH ago and it still hasn鈥檛 even shipped yet- can鈥檛 get a refund- can鈥檛 do webchat with Customer Service and the 833 Number does not give you an option to talk to a human being ! They may be scammers !

This site is an absolute scam! I placed an order over 20 days ago. The company guarantees shipment to take place between 5-20 days after placing your order. On day 20 I checked in to see why my order hadn't shipped yet? I was then told it would be an additional 9 days before they ship the order! I understand COVID has caused issue for many companies but the wait time for a tshirt delivery being 29 days is absolutely ridiculous!

Order came ina timely manner and shirts are true to size. In addtion the shirt is super soft!

All designs on their site are stolen from Etsy and small businesses.

I ordered a printed sweatshirt from them. When it arrived, the print design was tiny and off-center. I filed a claim. They sent a replacement. The print was centered, but still tiny. I filed another claim and asked for a refund. They sent a replacement. The print was larger, but off-center AND crooked AND the colors were muted. I tried to call customer service– there is no option to speak to a rep or ask for a refund. I emailed customer service. They sent me a link to file another claim. I'm disputing the transaction through my bank now.

I saw the Energize (with the star trek coffee cup that looks like it is being beamed up) t-shirt and immediately ordered one for my husband and one for myself. They arrived within 4 weeks … even in the middle of the covid pandemic. It is true to size and the printing was perfectly done. I washed it and wore it the very next day. When I showed it off in a zoom meeting, my coworkers were quite jealous. I look forward to more creative designs in the future.
