Save yourself and don't buy from them! I've ordered a red Trek Checkpoint ALR 4 2021 52cm at 03/09/2020 and got the bike delivered at 10/09/2020. As soon as I've opened the box I saw that they've delivered the wrong size, it was size 49cm not 52. Who rides a bicycle for long distances, traveling and competitions knows how bike fit is important. So i create a ticket sending an email to service(at)fahrradxxl.de. I've called 3 times there and they've said that is not their department and someone will contact me. It has passed 11 days already and no one contacted me, not even an email. NOTHING! Worst after sales and customer service ever.

the first impression was good. Placed the order, got confirmation got the mail with delivery day and time and from this moment all went hell.
my request, to leave the bike at my neighbor, as i am not at home was declined
my request to change the address to ether my work or my neighbors was declined
my request that i could pick it up after work was declined
the only option which was given was that i have to be home and that i have to sign for it.
Customer service agent did not let me finish my sentence, did not listen or tried to give me the impression that she wants to talk to me.
my request to speak to a manager was declined
my request to speak to a supervisor was declined
customer service at its best. "Unbelievable!!!
Absolutely shocking!!!"
I just hope that if i ever receive my bike that the hassle was worth while.

I got the bike in less than two weeks despite the times of Corona. I order a cube acid hybrid ebike for 2200鈧?
The rear derailleur had caused some problem during shifting of gears etc, but I didn't send it back and fixed it reasonably on my own. The most costly parts on the bike such as Battery, motor and controls worked very well. Now comes the interesting part:
Suddenly one days the battery stopped charing and working. They told me they need 4 weeks to process the request, its been 3.5 weeks precisely and no far not a single reply and don't even get me started on their customer care. Its super easy to contact their customer care but they are absolutely power less and they wont even connect you to their tech support, they will just ask you to wait and wait and wait. My question is , if a company has such hardships providing service, why to keep on selling new bikes. I will update my review here based whats going to happen further in my case. I am doing this review based on the pure frustration that my new ebike despite being just 2 months old, has been sitting ducks in the basement for over a month now.

I've bought 2 bikes from Fahrad-XXL Nord, one online, one in the shop.
Online delivery was fast and easy. Nice selection of bikes in the shop, good service. The bike suggested by the team member appeared to be the best price/value for me from the other 3 bikes I've tested. The bike needed some adjustments – a better derailleur indexing and brake position adjustment to be able to brake with one finger, but this is something one can do themself.

Bought a bike online from them (road bike, approx 1300 EUR). Came set up badly, fahrrad-xxl were actually fine with this and paid for the bike to be set up properly in a local bike shop. 2 weeks later the chain breaks and damages the front and rear derailleurs on only my third ride when I'm in the middle of nowhere. Nightmare to get home and now waiting 2 weeks for a response to my email asking for a refund for this clearly poor quality bike – and received no response at all. They've even closed their phone lines ("because of corona"). Absolutely horrendous customer service – there can be no excuse for such long processing delays (see all the other review, I'm not alone). Pay a bit more and buy from a local bike shop.

ugh. it started even before i could put in an order that their newsletter promo codes don't work and if you inquire about it, they'll send you from customer service point to customer service point. the most helpful person i interacted with was an intern. avoid.

Ordered a Cube SL. After 7 weeks the crank arm just came off – the customer service I got was just horrible – delays, excuses, trying to shift the blame on to me. Obviously, cutting costs at every corner – poor products, no QC, non-existent servce and trying to avoid any of the statutory obligations. A low-life bunch that you should avoid at all costs. I've put this in the hands of my lawyer now but anyone else should save themselves the agro and go elsewhere.
