Usually product is great quality and have no complaints, how ever a couple times the cannabis was really dry which ended up about 1/4- 1/3 being dust in the bag. Usable for baking but not smoking.

Faircannacare has reached out to try to rectify my situation. I am willing to give them a chance. To the person in Marketing who stated they had the ear of management lets hope we can find a suitable resolution. To me there are only two options. Please replace my order at no cost to me or reimburse me the money that has been taken form me.

As an update to my review of December 17… the $50 rewards points that I was given after not receiving the product I ordered (product not received = $50 plus GST was paid (no credit) and shipping (no credit)) turns out to have an additional gimmick attached to it as I cannot use the rewards points unless I order at least $125 of product and they've indicated will only be usable for 30 days!!

This is a great deal for them!! Leaves me without product (not to mention the product I did get was more expensive since the full shipping cost of $20 only got me the one $60 item) and a credit that will get them another $75 of sales.
