The cost of the loan is outrageous – at circa 116% pa. Don't be fooled by the 4% per month. It applies to the amount borrowed, not the outstanding balance. Also, don't forget to add in the 20% establishment fee. How do these people sleep, knowing they are ripping off those who can least afford it!
