Customer service is a joke, all you will get is templates or lies.

I had googled the specific chairs I wanted for my island. Came across this site, fairpricestockonline.com that had them for a little cheaper than the other sites. I ordered 4. So when entering my payment info, it ssid it accepts amazon, walmart, target gift cards as well as other major credir cards. I had a target card for $112, so I figured ill use that and pay the balance with another card. After entering the target gift card info, it accepted it as if I paid in full for my order. I thought well that's great! So I waited a few days, was sent tracking info from another fraudulent tracking company, US Service Post. After checking tracking each day, after 3.5 weeks, it finally saod my chairs were delivered, but they were not. I went to fairpricestock online website and contacted the # on that page. The phone # was to Wayfair. So I spoke with the gentleman there and said I didn't know it was the same company or affiliated with fairpricestock and he said they've received multiple complaints, and they are NOT affiliated. It's a fake site! So end result, my target gift card $ was not refunded because I "willingly gave my gift card info out". ?? BUYER BEWARE!!

I was scammed by Fair stock price, a supposed online discount company. They also used a scam delivery services, US Service Post, that sent you a supposed daily tracking. Yeah, that never happened.. I thought I was smarter than that. Live and learn.
