Fairweb

I contacted fairweb, because I wanted to use their services. I must say I'm extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. I was promised on numerous occasions that I would get a call back from the sales team, every time I called up I get the same message from the receptionist "the sale team are always in meetings". So, what is the point in the reception team telling me that the sales team call me back shortly. Complete waste of time I have now decided to go to one of their competitors
