POOL ORDERED ITEM DIFFERENT AND MISSING FILTER

I ordered a 15 by 36 pool from BuyShop on the first week of JuLY. I also noticed they shut down their BuyShop website as well. There are multiple complaints online regarding this company and people never recieving their products. I've sent multiple emails and they tell me it's shipped out but no product. I ask for contact info to get a refund and no reply

I ordered 3 cat houses & received 3 of something else. It took over 6 weeks to receive them. Ive emailed them & they wont respond

I paid 201.09 for a 4 laywe inflatable pool in May 2020. I never received the pool.

I emailed and they sais on its way. I paid 210.09 for pool in May 2020 and it is July 10, 2020. I never received the pool.

Paid through PayPal for a pool and never received the item. Being told that due to Covid, it鈥檚 still in transit yet tracking shows it just sitting in a sorting center in China

Do not use this website or order anything ever

This is china based website and they will use you credit card and PayPal info but you will never get item
