SCAM. Never received item and they never refunded or replied to any messages. Literally stole my money.

Recieved nothing that I ordered. No reply to any emails that I sent. Very disappointed

Purchased 2 children鈥檚 backpacks on the 3rd June, got an email a week later saying there maybe a delay of 4 weeks. I鈥檓 still waiting, the Facebook page and website have now disappeared, so I will be going to my bank for a charge back.

I also joined the website as a reviewer. Received one item and never had anything again.

AVOID at all costs! Complete scam!!!

Scam company, website breaks several violations all channelled via facebook, scamming thousands of people (mostly young mothers). We eventually received a refund after 10+ emails and 5 different facebook accounts (as we kept getting banned/blocked). Avoid at all costs.

The company is now operating under the domain www.ouatstore. co.uk
(hosted by www.ekm. com) records show this is registered to an address in Sheffield: 180 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield.

Please be warned before purchasing.

Ordered a back pack on the 23rd of may, waited for 4 weeks as I thought just busy, emailed them and got no response, saw on Facebook that parcels were then being sent so waited again until the 22nd of july, emailed again still no response…went to barclays on the 23rd of July and asked them to do a charge back which they did…
Stay away from this site!!

this site is a scam no goods no refund and they ignore emails don't purchase from this site ordered from once upon a time but this is their site so AVOID at all costs

I ordered on the 19th may and have not received my order I have sent a few emails but heard nothing I will not be using this company again they are a joke

shouldnt be any stars … goods dont arrive nor does the refund and communication is dreadful

7 weeks and counting! Ordered 10th May was asked to review my item 24th May, pretty hard to do with out it, Email to say had been dispatched 6th June……. still waiting.
Have emailed several times, can鈥檛 believe the nerve of the woman still posting on line!?! If you genuinely are behind on orders stop taking them and sort out the people who are waiting and paid, highly unlikely I think though at this point that that would be the case!
Edit…. 10/7 have since been contacted 10 days ago that my order is on way…

Looks like along with everyone else I've been scammed. No delivery 3.5 weeks later and no refund. Terrible company and needs reporting to Trading Standards!

Ordered a unicorn bag for my daughters birthday on 13th March.I chased on the 4th April to see when it was likely to be dispatched as her birthday was coming up, heard nothing so chased again on 10th. Had a response to say things were slow and when was it for, emailed back and heard nothing. Had a dispatch email on 6th May, nothing received so chased again on 13th May for a tracking number, no response. I've had to open a PayPal dispute for a refund as i was getting no where. They seem to keep changing what they are trading as, i have three different email addresses. Awful service.

Do not order from this site or Once upon a time. I have not received my parcel supposedly shipped on the 6 May. Despite several attempts of emails and comments on their Facebook page I鈥檝e not received any communication. Really disappointed. Page and items look really good but do not be tempted.

You never actually receive your order after paying them money!! Scam. I ordered 15th March. Sent several emails and have heard nothing back. Awful!

Almost 3 months on…still nothing! Ordered on 4th March, received an email to say the payment had been taken. Never received an email regarding the actual order. Commented on the site 2 weeks later to say i heard nothing and got a reply to say they were very busy and to allow 10 days for delivery….IT WAS ALREADY 14 DAYS! Then i continued to try and get in contact right up til now. Haven't heard a thing since. I'm assuming they are hiding negative feedback on their social media as i never get any response from anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Wouldn't bother looks appealing and has offers on daily and WIN competitions yet you likely won't receive these items. Can take awhile which is stated but no communication is there to reassure you what is happening, where your items are or anything. If you set up a business and can't keep up with the orders stop taking orders for periods and get ones sorted that you already need to before opening again for more causing backlog and frustrated customers. I will not be returning to this and I do hope others stay away as this is my first time coming across the site and ordering with no clue what's happening with the delivery.

Does not send goods and then blocks you if you ask about them. I am now out of pocket. You would think her being a mum herself would know the struggles of every penny counts!! Disgusting

Awful company I ordered on 4th May and still nothing ignored my comments ANZ my emails and still no item I shared trust pilot reviews on her page to warn others and she blocked me from commenting I've got hold of the bank and opened a dispute so hopefully get my money back!!! I've also shared a post around FB with her company name and this trust pilot site to warn anyone I can and to give this page the name it deserves!!!! Claims to be a parent yet steals of parents disgusting

Been over a month since I placed an order, emailed them several times but got no reply whatsoever. I then commented on her FB posts as there was no other way of communicating with her, a few days later got a email saying my order had been dispatched. Been over a week still have not received anything!!! She also goes with the name ONCE UPON A TIME.

On the FB page ONCE UPON A TIME you cannot message her or leave reviews (I wonder why!)

I paid via card so unfortunately don鈥檛 think I鈥檒l get my money back 🙁

I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing an order! She is active on FB always posting etc so don鈥檛 understand why she can鈥檛 reply to emails!

If you can鈥檛 manage a business with kids don鈥檛 set up one!!! (As her 鈥減olicy鈥?states she works around her kids so orders may take longer)

Ordered on 28th of May, had confirmation email and an email after me sending an email to say it is despatched on 13th May. I havnt received a tracking number let alone my parcel. Have emailed the company numerous times and written on Facebook posts and had no response. First and last time I use this company. Total disgrace. AVOID
