I order something on this website and cancel it 2 hours later because the girl I wanted to give this didn't like the dress
I emailed them a lot of time but they don't respond and they are really scam, they take the money and then it will be no response
Don't buy here

I picked a few outfits, not only was the outfit of my choice not available, the stitching on the ones I did get was terrible. The fitting was non existent and it was unclean work. The outfits looked cheap for the amount that I paid. Very disappointing.

They will stop responding to any emails as soon as you make a purchase. Will not update you at all. I disputed the transaction on paypal, they finally responded after that saying "Since you dispute it on PayPal, they will refund you not us."

Then later they emailed me: "Since you are impatient, we are cancelling your order and refunding you"

Kind of funny and unprofessional. But I guess I deserve that for choosing a fake company hah.

If it was possible to give negative stars, then I would definitely give them that rating. Seriously save you time and money because these people don't care about their customers. I placed an order on June 5th. Today is August 14th and I still don't have my order. They never once emailed me on their own, I've been the one to email at all times to get info on my orders, I waited 6 weeks before sending an email and all they said was usually items take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered, but because of covid, there were delays, never saying how long the delay would be. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ended up waiting almost a whole month later to send an email because once again I hadn't gotten any update from them. At this point I was very angry and told them to cancel my order and give me a refund to which they replied 5 days later saying that my order could not be cancelled because it was now ready to be shipped in 24 hours. At the time I sent my email, my order was clearly not ready to be shipped. Their website states that if there is delay on their end, customers can opt for a refund IF the company reaches out to them to tell them about delay, but this company doesn't communicate with customers unless customers email them first. I've been going back and forth with them asking them to refund me because of how long they took, but they ignore everything I say and just tell me that they shipped my order now so they can't give me a refund. Mind you I haven't even received the product yet and made it clear to them in my emails that I did not want their items. They only shipped out my items when I complained asking for a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't tell their customers about an over 2 month delay and expect them to be ok with it. Such an awful company, not worth your money or time. Customer service people don't care at all about your complaints, they are just gonna blame you.

I recently bought a dress from falakenoor ..the dress is so beautiful ..the material is awesome …it's exactly the same as I saw in their website …thank u so much falakenoor

I wouldn't even give this company even 1 rating that's how bad they are, I ordered 7 bridesmaids dresses from them paid extra to come on time even had to pay extra for overshipnent fee, didnt even arrive on time an the quality absolute rubbish doesn't even look like the picture on there website an the fitting……. let's say cudnt even put half our bodies in!!!!
Avoid at all cost there communication is garbage, incompetent company would've been better to buy our bridesmaids from a market stall, an because I complained about them they blocked me from all there social media page.

The quality of the dresses were really good. Pakistan original pieces took longer than required but once communicated, the dress came soon. Was pleased with the stitching and will use this service again.

I made the mistake of trusting Falak E Noor Boutique for my Eid outfit this year. I just got it in the mail and it looks absolutely disgusting and nothing like the picture they posted. The embroidery is falling off, the outfit has a rip in the back, and the color is even not what they showed. Avoid avoid avoid! I should have never trusted their prices

Do not believe the pictures they post online!!!! I just received my order and it looks NOTHING like the online picture, please see the attached pictures. The image shown online with the model looks nothing like what I received! They send you fake products! Buyer beware!!

They are seriously the worst site for desi clothes!!!!!! i saw their instagram after an influencer posted a pic with their clothes, the clothes looked nice in pics and the prices were cheap so i ordered. seriously regret that purchase everyday!!!! they posted a pic from maria b but what they sent was a fake! i have purchased real maria b in pakistan and this design was not real maria b… it was also not like the pic at all. they post real designer pics and then send u replicas … when i brought this issue to "customer service" they straight out said the problem was in my eyes. worst people ever and worst website. like other reviewers said, do not trust what they post.

The customer service of this business is absolutely non existent and the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever come across. First off, the dress I ordered had the completely wrong measurements and when I emailed them they had the audacity to still say they had stitched as per the measurements I sent although I sent pictures showing that they were indeed not what I provided. They flat out refused to accept their mistake and when I said I would issue a chargeback, they threatened me with their own legal action. I issued a chargeback with MasterCard and once I won, they emailed be back saying that karma will get me for my sins. Excuse me? What type of business are you all running? Avoid at all costs!! Also the item I ordered looked nothing like the pics in addition to the measurements being completely off!

This website is a complete scam. I placed an order after seeing their IG account and seeing such low prices compared to other sites. The order process was absolutely horrifying. When I first placed the order online it was listed that the item would take 7 days for delivery. It actually ended up taking 5 weeks. During this entire process, customer service was basically non existent and so rude. All they care about is getting your money and once they have it they absolutely don't care. When I got the item, it looked nothing like what pictures they posted online. No wonder it's too good to be true! This company sends original products to influencers so they get their promotion and customers like us fall for this site and order. It's a complete scam. Do not believe it. When I emailed customer service that the item looked nothing like the item online they ignored my emails for 4 days until they finally responded when I said I would take legal action against them. They welcomed me to go ahead as legal action wouldn't matter to them as they're in India. This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering online and these people are unethical. Do not believe the stuff they post online.

Plz don't order with them. They don't ship orders and don't answer emails and they threaten to take action against you if you write against them. Fools and frauds

I ordered dress, came in after 7 weeks. Besides the color of the dress it does not look like the one showing in the picture . Fabric used is cheapest one they could find in that color.
Beads used are bought for 5 RS only for sure that is how cheap it looks. Pants fabric is so bad that I was scared to try it on. Please read return Policy , it favours the business only , client is loosing money and time if trying to send it back . I e mailed and they said sorry we will not take sewed product back .
Arms made are different than showing on the picture.It is very clear that tailor making the dress is not experienced or may be the person who has never done this before. That is how bad the sewing is . It does not have Boutique quality at all. I want to warn all. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

If it's too good to be true… it probably is. Same goes for this site. Do NOT go off the prices and the pics they post.. what they send you is a fake product of the pics!!!! I ordered three suits from this site and they all look nothing like the pictures. Customer service is also terrible it has been a week and nobody has responded to my concerns. They are frauds and will vanish once they have your money.

One was wrong size and wrong colour
Other was sowed uneven
Falak e Noor took no responsibility
Did not want to know about it.

So finally case was decided in my favor. And Falak-E-Noor was declared CHEATER.I got a refund of my money and shipping charge from both the sides.Thank you Paypal.
