We hired this company to carry out a house removal during the pandemic and they carried out the job efficiently and at short notice.
Because of the social distancing situation we provided as much information about both the property we were leaving and the one we were going to – details of access, list of contents, etc., by means of telephone and email.
We were told one price, which we agreed to, but on the day we were charged considerably more. The excuse for the increase in price was that they had to wait around for a couple of hours until we could get access to the new property. We thought this was ridiculous as this is what normally happens when completion of a house purchase is involved.
The lead person carrying out the move was very officious in his manner and could do with some training in customer service.
At the end of the day, not very happy with our experience, would not recommend this company.
