I had ordered a falcon tactical flashlight back in November for a Christmas gift for my spouse. i was told that I would get the item by November 23 – 27th. Every time I had called to let them know that I still haven't received the item they would tell me the same thing that someone would contact the delivery staff and that I should get a call back within the next 48 hours. I had called over 10 times and still the same thing. I had went to there website and they had changed it too Tac tactical Pens now. number 855-731-6835

Not receiving flashlight and battiers

I order flashlight and batteries online from an advertisement posted on facebook page. This order was placed Nov 21, 2016. Credit card charged $114.00 flashlight and $54.00 for the batteries. I have called the company on three different occasions asking about merchandise. I've been told three different reasons as to why it hasn't arrived and told that it was being reshipped. I have two different order numbers which are as follows. 190183 and the new one 505217. I have contacted my Citi credit card company and have placed a dispute with them Thank you, Nita

Non shipment

Ordered flashlights. They emailed a tracking number, that was no good. After a month called, they said would take care – nothing. Called again 2 weeks later – said issue a reshipment. Still no flashlights, this all happened starting the end of September. Called post office, they verified tracking number incorrectly.
