Worst gas company I've ever dealt with. Called in October, 2018 to cancel my account due to the sale of my house in November, 2018. As of January, 2019 my account has not been closed and the new owners have had the benefit of using the propane I paid for. My refund for the propane tank rental and unused gas has still not been processed. I've made numerous calls and reported them to the NYS Dept of Consumer Complaints and still await a resolution and refund.
