product never arrived?!!!

I ordered a product on November 18, 2019 and here it is the end of February and I have not received it. After several emails back and forth they refuse to refund my money and I have no product that I purchased four months ago!

Re order no. P003176. My order arrived this morning ( Montibel lo Smart Touch 12-in-1 Biphase Conditioner 400ml). The bottle was empty and cracked, all the contents had leaked out. I tried ringing them but all I heard was a recorded message, initially saying someone would answer shortly then, the office was closed! I have tried to contact customer service by their contact page but the message says 鈥?unable to deliver鈥? Feeling very frustrated and not sure what to do now ?
