Spoke with the representative/owner who told me he would be here between 11:00 and 1:00 Saturday. At 3:00, after he hadn't shown up I called to see if he was coming. When he answered the phone he sounded like he had been drinking and was at a party. He claimed he had been under a house all day and was not able to make a call. When I suggested when he gives a custom a 4 hour window and is 2 hours outside that window, a call to the client is a necessity he told me he wasn't the phone company and maybe I should call someone else.

I took his suggestion.

I would give negative stars if possible. This guy was 4 hours late and when I called there was no response even though I called multiple times. The next day I called again and was told he got busy and couldn't call me. He came finally and seemed to know what he was talking about. We paid $150 and hoped the kegerator was fixed. The next day or still wasn't working and so we called back. We didn't get and answer after repeatedly calling and texting. Finally we used a different phone number and his wife said he had a seizure and was in the hospital. We asked for a refund and one was promised. After being told their bank account didn't work and they would get it to us soon and all hear other problems, we called the Better Business Bureau. The BBB told us they couldn't contact him. DUH! We are not the first ones with this problem. If you want to just pay your money and not get anything fixed these are your guys.

I called Rick based on his reviews on Yelp to fix our dryer. He came out the same day for the repair. He was later than the window provided, but apologized and offered to waive the service fee. He was very friendly and even completely vacuumed out our machine. He showed my husband exactly what had happened and walked him through the repair. He even checked our outside vent to ensure it was clear in the pouring rain. We would recommend Rick to anyone and will certainly call again should we have any problems.

I'm pretty handy, but I didn't know much about repairing my dryer so I gave Rick a shot at Family Appliance Repair. He answered my call right away and I had a scheduled appointment the next day. I was impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, quick diagnosis of the issue, and especially the fair and cost-effective solution he provided.

The owner Ricky came at 8:30 at night on an emergency call. I had a leak with my refrigerator. He was the only company who would even provide emergency service for me. He was so thorough and figured out the issue. I did not even need parts. He thoroughly vacuumed out the dirty coil and really checked out everything. He also left everything very clean. Very polite. Very prompt. He is coming back tomorrow to check on it to be sure it is all set. 317-987-6014 is his cell. He told me I could post it!
