Family Gift Nation

Very upset with this company. I had no idea the product was coming from China and they have no way to track it and I really don鈥檛 have any good information to tell me when I will receive it. The child鈥檚 birthday has already happened without the gift.
Because it鈥檚 coming from China they say they have no way of tracking it. How ridiculous is this? They just keep telling me to be patient!
