This website is a scam. It's related to the number 866-536-1245. My mom was conned into giving them her bank account number over the phone. If you google the number, you'll see lots of complaints of fraud. We closed her account in time before they were able to withdraw, but needless to say, it was a lot of hassle. They prey on the elderly and say it's Medicare related. When you try to call back, you're either on hold for 20 minutes or someone will just complain back at you that you're wasting her time.
This is definitely a fraudulent site and number.
