Phone communication was excellent. Delivery was on time. Product was as advertised. The delivery man while polite and efficient seemed to be in a hurry. He banged the bed frame into the exterior of the house breaking out a 3" chunk of concrete. When in the house he hit the walls gouging them, requiring a small patch and paint job. I would use them again.

Great service and equipment

At first we were told the delivery would be between 7a and 10a and that we would be the first delivery , then we got a call the day of at roughly 9ish am that they were running late and they wouldn't be at the location until no later than 1130a. Then we received another call that they were yet again running late and they would be there at 12p. They finally showed up at 1215p . If this was just any event, it is what it is , but this was our wedding day and this really put a lot of unnecessary stress on us , especially my husband . He was waiting to set everything up so he could get dressed then we were going to our photoshoot. But this put us behind . I think if the expectation was set from the beginning and not tell us we would be the first delivery , we could of planned accordingly, but since we were told something else. It was really upsetting. The tables and chairs came perfectly fine and once the driver arrived , we felt relieved. But it was really stressful for us not having our stuff on time. Besides timing , everything else was fine.

The customer service was very informative and helpful. Excellent communication when confirming the rentals. The delivery team was also very kind. I will definitely use them again in the future.
