Cheap, felt like material, much smaller than expected, the size they show doesn't match the price they show ..it's much more expensive…typical bait and switch. I ordered from them to support small businesses but never again! I have called, texted and emailed for over a week with no response. Buyer beware. FRAUD!

Thought every product was so nice, I decided to order a blanket for my granddaughter for this Xmas. The site said order before 12/5/2020 and you will have it for Xmas. WELL,they had no problem taking my money however they sent an email on 12/8/20 that it was shipped. Apparently not.The tracking number and shipping company only says the label was made but have not received the package from the sender.They do not return messages , answer the phone or emails. DO NOT ORDER from them. Would never recommend.!

I ordered 5 personalized blankets for 5 granddaughters. The graphics are perfect (cursive handwriting) & shipping was fast. The only thing I suggest is that if you are ordering multiple blankets, ask them to put a sticker or something saying who's are who's as I had to open the vacuum bags on 4 of them, re-fold then re-seal. Other than that….Very pleased & highly recommend.

i received the grandaughter blanket it is beautiful

I purchased a blanket that was supposed to say from Nana. I received it and it said Grandma they advertise 100% satisfaction I emailed them and got an email saying I got what I ordered and they won't do anything for me. The blanket is not personalized so there is no reason they cant take it back.they don't answer their phone when you call.
