I've just had my kitchen delivered from family run kitchens this week and the final touches were finished yesterday and I have to say that I am really pleased with it. I had a quotation from two local companies which were well over my budget so I gave them a try and the price they gave was much more within my price range. Their sales man managed to almost cut the price from the other companies in half which me and my husband couldn't actually believe.

I am waiting for two of the handles which I have been told are on the way but besides that, overall I'm happy with the kitchen and the after sales member of staff who dealt with my handle problem was really helpful.

SCAMMERS BEWARE ALSO KNOWN AS TRADEPRICE KITCHENS BUDGET KITCHENS OWNED BY A VILE TOE RAG CALLED MOHAMED ATIF HE WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET RIPPED OFF WITH A CRAP KITCHEN, THIS GUY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANT AND WILL VERY SOON MEET ALL HIS ANGRY CUSTOMERS AND WILL GET WHAT IS DUE TO HIM

Its rather unfortunate that I didn't research this company before parting with my hard earned money however It is important that collectively we ensure more people are aware. You'll be surprised to find out that they have been using this same modus operandi for years and still dong it unabated.

They are scammers, please steer clear!!!

I had the worst experience with this company. The kitchen I ordered came in different shades of cream and Martin, the 'Sales Manager', completely refused to accept blame or compromise.

Save yourself the head and heartache and do not purchase from them.

I would have better job done if bob the builder had fittied it. Instead of dumber and dumber. They are absolutely crap Nothing fits they damage the rubbish you already have and then expect you to pay for it. Nearly 6 months now and still no kitchen finished.
Martin the manager., he couldn鈥檛 manage toppings on a pizza. Sussana patronising witch we have had your money ha ha ha your not getting back. Kevin /Stuart or dumber dumber are a couple of cowboys. Kevin thinks he鈥檚 rocky balboa and as blind as a bat.
I now have trading standards in volved and have been to the small claims court an started proceedings to get my money back from the kitchen company or family run kitchens or which ever name there trading under. Plus the fitters and the cost of a new kitchen.

After 22 weeks with a uncomplete kitchen that has been fitted appaulingly we have had enough
12 of them weeks have been working with trading standards who have been trying hard for myself and a few others with this kitchen company to get the matter sorted .
False promises , wasted days off with no show of fitters and complete lies told on the phone by a poor excuse of a customer service manager called Martin who puts the phone down on you and wont confirm anything in a email ?
We have now asked for a refund to be told no so are in the process of taking legal action .
22 weeks for a kitchen that is 3.2 m x 2.3 m i think the house was built in less time if anybody wants to see the photos of my kitchen before you go ahead with this scam company contact me on here or fb messenger i will happily forward you all the pictures of the kitchen and how i have had to live with 2 yound children for all this time .

Also go by cheap kitchens UK and budget kitchens on Facebook. What a scam promised a quality made kitchen by them , I received the kitchen b and q carcasses and poor quality doors I鈥檝e had many delivered as the were either damaged or bowed . The oven was damaged and they said 2 weeks to replace it so I drove to Rochdale to collect another . I have been fobed of and my calls not answered I know this as when I used a different number they answered straight away . Please steer clear don鈥檛 waste your money .
